Kevin Gilleland, the founder of United Painting Services, Inc. a Florida painting business also liscensed in Califorina, has been operating since 1998 to the present year. During this time he has provided excellent services for his customers in addition to paintng, such as: wood repairs, replacing sheetrock, treating mold, repairig spalling concrete and stucco, rescreening, glazing windows, flashing, etc. Kevin sensed an increasing need to provide services in addition to painting which led him to get his builders liscense. Upon successfully completing all the requirements, he and his wife, Pam Gilleland a liscenced CPA, launched D9 Construction, LLC, together with the assitance of chief estimator & consultant Bert Hardy who has 40+ years in new commercial construction, including many multi story hotels, we are fully equipped with the knowledge and experience to provide a wide variety of construction disciplines. Kevin comes from a construction background having worked or supervised large scale projects start to finish in both residential and commercial industries. His father, George Sheets, another veteran in the construction field, has joined this resilliant team to serve as the quality control manager.
