D1 Engineering Inc. (D1) machine shop was established in 2008 with a business aspect of fast quality machining services. Our machinists and engineers are highly skilled with over 18 years of experience. We have a wide range of machining experience with high-temp metals to plastic. We specialized in machining non-ferrous aluminum and titanium, steel and stainless steel, and high-temp Alloy (Inconel, Waspoloy, Hastelloy, Rene, etc.). Our D1 Engineering and and Machine Shop is approx. 9,300 sq. ft. and equipped with 4 conventional VTL, 4 CNC VTL, 6 horizontal CNC Lathes, and 2 CNC VMC machines. We are planning to expand our milling dept. with the next few years. We provide service to all fields that require precision machining. D1 has outperformed many competitors on price, quality, and delivery.
