SIGNATURE HOMES is a Winnipeg Company incorporated back in 1969 and since that time we have both built homes and provided Design, Technical and Management expertise to Home Building companies in Western Canada and the Mid Western USA. We are continually upgrading our construction specifications, techniques and design criteria. Our designs and technical innovation in Energy Efficient construction have won numerous government and industry awards over the last 20 years. We have been actively involved in the Winnipeg Housing Industry serving on the Board of Directors of the Manitoba Home Builders Association as well as the Builders Warranty Program. Management has served as President of the Manitoba Home Builders and also as a Director of the Canadian Housing Design Council and the Technical Committees of the Canadian Home Building Association. We hold a Master Builder Rating as well as Certified Housing Professional status in the housing industry and have won Parade of Homes Gold and Silver awards for excellence of design. We concentrate our building activity in the South West area of Winnipeg although we have built homes in most areas of Winnipeg and those outside areas in reasonably close proximity to the Perimeter Highway. Our Limited Production Philosophy assures that you won't meet up with a 'cookie cutter' duplicate of your house in close proximity to your home. We've kept our company small enough and our area of building compact enough so that we're better able to keep closer control of quality during the construction process, and able to better look after you on a personal basis. We offer a framing stage inspection with our Site Superintendent as well as a comprehensive pre-occupancy inspection. A knowledgeable full time Service Supervisor is on staff to address any adjustments after you move in.
