Sunshine Landscaping specializes in preparing your yard for the summer months ahead by cleaning up your yard in April and May. This may consist of Core Aeration, Power Raking, Lawn Cut & Trimming, Bed Blowouts & Leaf Pickup and finally starter lawn fertilizer. We provide a number of packages for our customers to choose from depending on size of job, size of yard and customer budgeting preferences. Our most desired package consists of Core Aeration, Power Raking, Cut & Trim and we finish by adding a starter fertilizer to help your lawn flourish. Sunshine calls this procedure the GOLD package but we also offer at a reduced rate our SILVER package consisting of Core Aeration and Power Raking only.
