The first Hot Stage Microscope with integrated TASC is now available from Linkam. Cyversa has partnered with Linkam to make available the revolutionary capabilities of Thermal Analysis by Structural Characterisation (TASC) as part of Linkam's industry-leading HSM systems. Mike Reading (pictured right) is Cyversa's Research Director and a research professor at the University of Huddersfield . Commenting on the launch he said "This collaboration between Linkam, Cyversa and the University of Huddersfield brings a uniquely powerful new technique to Thermal Analysis users across the full range of applications". Mike Reading is known for his invention MDSC and for founding the company Anasys Instruments in 2004 with co-inventors Azzedine Hammiche and Hubert Pollock to commercialise their inventions for thermal analysis and spectroscopy. He was responsible for the creation of the multi-award winning instruments Nano-TATM and Nano-IR2TM before leaving Anasys in 2010 to found Cyversa.
