Cytation began in 1995 as a public company internet incubator, creating ventures such as VC1, RollCall, ConferenceNow.com, LovingPictures, and CollegeLink. Today, Cytation has evolved into a platform company focused on hospitality, operations, and AI-powered business tools. Its Cytation PowerTools platform has been in beta for about a year across hotels and resorts, combining real-world operational experience with the latest AI integrations to help users automate tasks, improve decision-making, and run smarter businesses. The flagship product, PeopleWise, is scheduled for release in June 2026, followed by SeatWise, EventWise, SPAWise, and Bookfull.
