Using precision laser technology, vertical machining centers and press brakes, Cygnus can keep tolerances extremely tight. The tight tolerances result in the highest quality products available. Cygnus has two complete production lines, 10,000 square foot assembly hall and our own powder-coat line. We are able to fast-track prototypes and streamline even the largest orders. Cygnus has in-house engineers to design a solution to your specifications and provide you with a 3D interactive rendering before it's built.
