It works for our customs brokerage, import and export airfreight needs. TradeWindow Freight team are great to work with. The implementation and training were efficiently handed and the staff picked up the new system very quickly...we did not need to upgrade our file server and speed has never been an issue. Its very reliable in every sense, which is good considering we are almost completely helpless without the program working.
