Our operators find the simplicity of use great, and personally, TradeWindow Freight has always been willing to listen to ideas for development, and have not then gone about charging us exorbitantly for our own upgrades. The program is not overly complicated to use, despite dealing with a myriad of complicated requirements. Its very reliable in every sense, which is good considering we are almost completely helpless without the program working. When the occasional problems do occur, be it internal or external, it's generally resolved quickly...we are very happy with our choice.
