Cyber Diamond is a special company. They have grown from the ground up by referrals only. Cyber Diamond does not advertise. Not many company's can sustain by referrals alone, which proves our quality and service to our clients. For special events and other business related needs Cyber Diamond does travel back to South Florida - meeting with the clients that helped them grow and who have turned into great friends. However, most of the time, it is not necessary; Cyber Diamond has worked with clients as far away as Korea, Switzerland, Arizona, New York, California, Florida, Missouri, and Oregon. Location is not important. Cyber Diamond has the technology to remotely troubleshoot and repair computers and software issues as long as the client has Internet access; we also offer web-based training and conferencing. This allows us to reach out and be there virtually, communicating just as if we were there in person, exchanging ideas, document sharing and annotation, as well as, recording the session, not a feature always available in true face to face meetings. Our clients have helped us grow and are always amazed on the various services we provide and they have happily referred their friends, family and business clients and acquaintances to us. As the CEO and CTO, Jack mentions that the biggest factor that has been our core foundation is to have a team that has the proper training, education and experience that is always willing to give 100%. A team that is honest, polite, timely, creative and mindful of clients' requirements. If you do not know - find out and learn, listen to the client and speak so they understand what you are saying, educate and always give more than the client expects. This division opened in Spring of 2012 and is there to help writers with their manuscripts, from the story development through publishing and sales. November 17, 2012, we had our first published book, Amarillo Rose by Joss Tallman available on Amazon.com and other distribution and sales channels.
