Security Champion programmes are widely adopted and poorly executed. Most run on spreadsheets, email and good intentions. Champions drift away within months, programme leads struggle to show the board what changed, and the industry keeps treating culture as a communications problem when it is a behavioural one. CyBehave is a UK behavioural cybersecurity company founded by a practitioner, and everything we make draws on behavioural science and on the experience set out in Building a Security Culture, the book that came before the platform. Heroes by CyBehave is our platform for running a Security Champion programme properly. It helps you recruit, develop, and measure Champions, and it keeps three questions in focus: are colleagues' behaviours shifting, how strong is the Champion network, and how capable is the programme itself. The result is evidence you can present to a board or an auditor, supporting the UK Cyber Governance Code of Practice and ISO 27001:2022. You license a base platform, then add modules as your programme grows. This is not security awareness training, and it is not a GRC tool. It is a place to practise behavioural science for the people doing the hardest job in security: changing how their colleagues think about risk, one conversation at a time.
