C.W. Downer & Co. is now ALANTRA - the global mid-market specialist You may remember that in April 2016, C.W. Downer & Co. completed its merger with N+1, a leading European corporate finance and asset management firm. Today, we move forward together under a new global brand: ALANTRA. It was a difficult decision to transition from the C.W. Downer name with its 40+ year history as a leading cross-border M&A advisory firm. But we are excited for this new chapter to begin.
