CVH Spirits is a premium spirits business with a portfolio of renowned Single Malt Scotch whisky distilleries and globally recognised brands. Our collection includes iconic single malts Bunnahabhain, Deanston, Tobermory, and Ledaig, alongside celebrated blended whiskies such as Black Bottle and Scottish Leader. We also provide UK distribution for select world-class spirits, including Angostura bitters and rum and Satryna tequila, reflecting the strength and diversity of our premium spirits portfolio. The business is majority held by Remgro, a global investment group with a prestigious portfolio of luxury assets. Remgro’s involvement in the spirits sector began with the acquisition of Burn Stewart Distillers, which evolved into Distell International, expanding the whisky brands into over 60 global markets. Following Heineken’s acquisition of Distell in 2023, CVH Spirits was established as an independent entity—focused on building a world-class portfolio of premium spirits rooted in heritage, craft, and character.
