Customized Training & Consulting (CT&C) is an organization that does training and consulting on-site at your company, as well as create customized curriculums for industry and educational institutions. Since its inception in 2006, CT&C instructors have instilled skills and knowledge at over 100 companies and colleges in the Southern California area. The founder, president and primary trainer for CT&C is a degreed Electrical Engineer with over 20-years of corporate experience at a Fortune 500 company and over 10-years as an instructor. We firmly believe learning should be a fun, relaxed, and informal experience where our instructors connect with class participants for a more effective transfer of knowledge. Customized Training & Consulting (CT&C) specializes in ETP training and processing. ETP (California's Employment Training Panel) can provide your company with NO-COST or low-cost training and education for your employers. We consult with your HR department to decide on the training needs of your employees then we develop a customized curriculum and provide the training. CT&C takes care of administrating the program.
