In the game each participant will play a role and has specific tasks and responsibilities. Participants must work together to complete the tasks and to reach the goals of the game. Support in reaching your goals Our games are facilitated by trainers who provide the team with support and instructions and who also helps the team reflect on their experiences and what they have learned. The facilitator may also help reflect on how to translate the learning points into the participants own working environment. You may use your own certified facilitator or alternatively buy a full game package which includes the trainer.
