Machines include a wide range of Modern Digital Printing machines with the latest inkjet, solvent, eco solvent and flatbed UV machines. State of the art Screen Printing machines with online dryers to print upto 4' x 8' size. UV offset machines, Router, Laser Engraver and one of the largest set-up of Thermoforming machines with capability to form upto 3' x 8' size. It also has a full-fledged state of the art dust free paint shop with water curtain and air circulation system which helps deliver top quality paint finishes. Custom Display Solutions has also heavily invested in an in-house Quality Control Lab which houses Accelerated Whetherometer, Spectrophoto Densitometer, Lab ovens and variety of other machines to test both inks and substrates involved in the printing process. Our Packaging Division uses state of the art machines and facilities to produce high quality Plastic Mono & Cylindrical Cartons. Its modern infrastructure helps to provide premium Raised and Textured effects; Metallised effects; Spot Varnish & Micro embossed effects on these Cartons.
