Custom Decal was founded in August 2008 with three principles: What I Want, How I Want It, and When I Want It. What You Want... I believe in providing my customers with the opportunity to enjoy a one-on-one intimate experience customizing, designing, and creating their own signs or decals. We design them right in front of you so that every arc, angle, and color is EXACTLY what YOU want! How You Want It... I believe in 100% honesty. BEFORE we take your credit card, we make sure that the colors, sizes, and designs, are exactly up to par with what you are looking for, we then explain exactly how it is going to come out and what you are going to get and why the price is what it is. That way you can feel 100% comfortable with what you are paying for. When You Want It... I believe in getting what I want NOW! I don't want to sit there for 30 minutes creating something awesome just to have someone tell me that it won't be ready till next week. At Custom Decal, we make EVERYTHING that very same day, usually within just MINUTES of you ordering it. We are located inside shopping malls to provide you with the most convenience. I will go above and beyond to make sure that your experience with us is not only easy, but enjoyable. Most companies loose urgency when they get paid, But I don't view my customers as just an "Account Payable". I will not stop working until you are 100% satisfied with my work.
