CUSP Projects helps owners discover and develop the unrealized potential of new property acquisitions - we listen to understand your needs and passions, we collaborate with you to shape a vision and strategy, and we take much of the the work and stress for you out of what often can be a frustrating and lengthy design and construction process. We start the pre-design and planning process early, sometimes before the transaction has even completed. Imagine a world where your designers and contractors start working on your property the day that you close - that is what we strive for, and have achieved time over time. We begin with a highly efficient bid process by directly approaching the best architects, interior and landscape designers, and contractors across San Francisco on your behalf, providing them key insights about the project to construct an accurate and comprehensive proposal, and helping you select among the best of the contenders. Once the project is underway, we advise you early on about what’s likely to succeed based on SF and neighborhood restrictions to avoid unnecessary design changes that increase time and cost of the project. And we provide light-touch project management and on-site support such as meeting on your behalf with or allowing access to the property for service providers (i.e., painters, arborists, etc.) or deliveries, keeping the property grounds presentable, connecting with neighbors to answer questions and reassure them about project intention and progress, and more.
