The Curtain Wonderland story began in 1971 when brother and sister Neville Russell and Pam Tacey opened their first store in Mt Gravatt, Brisbane. The initial focus was on soft-furnishing fabrics – all of which sold for 99c a metre! Since 1971, the Curtain Wonderland Group has continued to expand. It has shown solid and continuous growth and now holds a strong position in the market. The quality of our products is reinforced by the fact we are now part of Australia’s largest window coverings company – Kresta Holdings Limited. With a work culture based on teamwork and a positive working environment, we are proud to have grown from such humble beginnings to our recent successes.

Decor Blinds are leaders in Queensland manufacturing and the window covering industry. and we are proud members of the Blind Manufacturer Association of Australia (BMAA). We specialise in providing and manufacturing Australian Made Thermalite Plantation Shutters, Australian Made Roller Blinds, Internal & External Venetians, Zip Screens & Aluminium Shutters. We are based in Brisbane and service all of Australian in the residential, commercial, retail and industrial markets.

Since 1996 Shade Solutions has been supplying custom shade sails and repairs to one of the sunniest cities on earth. As a young qualified carpenter working in Perth, Patrick could see that designers and architects sometimes struggled to make optimum use of the new shading fabrics that were coming into use. Patrick and an engineer friend set out to tackle these issues, looking at innovative ways to fix shade sails to buildings so that the loads were properly distributed. It was entirely appropriate that the business he founded should be called Shade Solutions, because we pride ourselves on being able to devise a solution to any shading problem.
