We have 240 locations and serve over 34,000 people with disabilities or disadvantages each and every year. Pathways is a Bay Area not-for-profit organization providing hospice, home health, and palliative care services. Founded in 1977, Pathways serves more than 5,000 families annually in five Bay Area counties.
