Cumulus Ed Information

Cumulus aims to provide underrepresented minorities students access to resources, community, and mentorship opportunities to assist them in their exploration of careers to find their calling. Our founding team came together because we all experienced a similar struggle: a lack of exposure to and exclusion from the recruiting and the job search. Workplaces lack representation and inclusion of Women, Black, Muslim, Latinx, and many other identity groups. It also has been proven empirically the immense positive impact diversity and inclusion has on work and learning environments in both cultural and financial ways. We fight to ensure every student has the resources necessary to make their dream a reality.
