CultureSmith Consulting helps businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals understand and utilize social media to engage members/customers, partners and colleagues. Additionally, we facilitate workshops and speak to groups on a variety of people-potential topics including generational differences, customer service, communication, networking, behavioral preferences and life/work balance. Customized training and project facilitation are also available. Cheryl Smith, President, enjoys speaking to faith-based audiences as well and has a thing or two to say about overcoming life’s challenges while maintaining a positive attitude based on her years of experience as a single mother with two very young children.
