Culture Landmark Investment Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Group") is a company listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 1991 (stock code: 00674.HK). After years of development, it has become a large-scale Hong Kong-based group which mainly engages in culture industry investment and its line of business in Mainland China and Asia Pacific, covering modern media (such as operation of music copyright as well as exhibition) and cultural landmarks (including commercial and residential properties) development and operation. China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited became a substantial shareholder of the Group in 2011 and regarded the Group as a crucial platform for the China Resources Group to expand its own business of culture industry into Mainland China, thanks to which, the Group saw brand new opportunities for development, and its business scale and overall strengths have also been enhanced comprehensively.
