Culturae Mundi Information

Culturae Mundi meaning “Cultures of the World” in Latin, celebrates multiculturalism on campus and in the city, through events like the Moon Festival, Black History Month, Diwali, Coventry Peace Festival, European Day, Chinese New Year, Go Green, International Women’s day, the Holi Festival of Colours, music nights, and film screenings. Food, language and fashion are also popular themes. The Culturae Mundi programme is run by students as an internal multicultural and multidisciplinary project.The aim is to bring different cultures together while celebrating their diversity, to enrich in particular the experience for international students in the UK from a social perspective but also, for the team of students managing the programme – their employability.
