Culpis is an independent corporate finance firm, assisting our clients to access funding across the capital structure from a wide range of sources. We typically get involved where an element of structuring sophistication is required, drawing on the multi-disciplinary expertise of senior team of partners. The Culpis team has decades of experience in the capital and structured finance markets, and an extensive network of contacts across banks, non-bank investors, alternative asset managers, lawyers, accountants etc. Our aim is to leverage this network to the benefit of our clients, delivering holistic solutions to their financing requirements. We aim to develop the ideal financing structure for clients with a balance between risk profile and target pricing. We are active globally, , working in both the debt and equity markets, via banks and private placements. We also undertake certain specific advisory mandates, where we consider that our expertise can add value beyond simply capital-raising. Culpis has offices in Stockholm, London and New York.
