Our fit and finish standards, high-level of craftsmanship and building methods are consistent across all levels of home construction and renovations. Founded by Rod and Kim Cullum as a home-based business, Cullum Homes was recently named National Custom Home Builder of the Year by the 140,000-member strong National Association of Home Builders. Starting as a 2-person firm, Cullum Homes has grown to several divisions, all focused on delivering a complete and comprehensive experience for our clients, including site selection, architecture, design, construction management, renovations and property concierge services.
