Culcha works with a combination of 1/3 digital knowledge transfer and 2/3 consolidation of this content in everyday work. In programs of six weeks to ten months, managers and their employees are intensively accompanied in their daily work with content in the form of videos, graphics, checklists and tests via app. The weekly modules on topics ranging from "Purpose" and "Feedback 2.0" to "Disagree & Commit" and "Neuroscientific hacks for stress-free collaboration" to "OKRs" and "Breaking down silos" are always relevant and practical. With an average time commitment of 25 minutes per week, the content is easy to integrate into everyday work. In order to consistently and sustainably perpetuate the new knowledge during and after use, Culcha uses the latest neuroscientific findings and innovative technology, employs effective motivational techniques and elements of gamification. Short knowledge units (so-called "nuggets") are combined with self-imposed goals and their reflection, personalized reminders and impulses (so-called "nudges") as well as micro-tools as concrete implementation aids.
