Since we were founded in 1992, we have been located in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana, focusing on the higher education, healthcare, and corporate markets across the nation. Smartspaces is an indian commercial real estate company that provides private customized office suites to SME's, Startups and enterprise clients.Our first preference would be to provide a managed office solution to a single client on a floor. But we can look at other options as well which can be explored are partly managed offices with a Common Cafeteria, Reception, Washrooms & also CoWorking if Required.
