Cubic3 Ltd evolved strongly from Mazars during 2010 as one of Irelands significant asset advisory firms. Cubic continues to provide investors, funders and the public sector commercial and financial leadership in complex infrastructure and accommodation transactions, in particular expertise in PPP's. With its HQ based in Lloyds building in London it also has a presence in Dublin, Belfast, Edinburgh and Madrid. After nomination in 2008 and 2009, Roger's leadership was recognised again, as Cubic3, as one of the 3 shortlisted consultancy firms for 'Business Consultant of the Year' in the north of Ireland. In 2010, Roger's involvement on RoI Service Stations PPP was recognised with it being nominated as 'Best International Project' at the PPF awards. This reflected one of Irelands most complicated transactions being completed in record time coming directly on from success on Enniskillen Hospital PPP. Cubic has developed worldwide opportunities in exporting knowledge and specialist input to projects and developed an organisational structure which is dynamic, energetic and focused on delivery. This includes projects in a range of sectors including environmental, waste, health, justice and transport.
