Cubic Evolution Information

Cubic Residential entered the romanian real estate market with a clear goal: to formulate and implement new, ambitious living-space concepts. Whether it’s in relation to the modern architecture of our buildings, the solid principles we dare to apply as developers, or the pure process through which our residential projects come to life, we can state one fact: we think differently, we build differently. Each project developed and implemented by our company is heavily influenced by the decisional process which precedes the acquisition of a home. Our concepts deconstruct every element – be it objective or subjective, logical or emotional – taken into account by our clients prior to their decision regarding a real estate investment. We offer affordable, modern and secure living spaces, consisting of large indoor and outdoor areas, equipped with all the facilities, with high quality finishings, that benefit of a high comfort degree.
