Cub Engineering Ltd. was incorporated in Calgary, Alberta in 1993. Cub is a multidiscipline engineering consulting firm. Cub offers complete project design, project management, construction management, regulatory and licensing support for the energy, petrochemical, and industrial sectors. Cub's dedicated team consists of experienced professionals with diverse industry knowledge, both locally and internationally. Mr. Steven V. Westby, P.Eng., President of Cub Engineering Ltd., received his Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary in 1985. Upon graduating, he joined an oil and gas consulting firm, where he later became Vice President and partner. Steven has gained considerable experience through his involvement in other partnerships prior to the formation of Cub Engineering Ltd. in 1993. Steven has continued his formal education through numerous post-graduate studies and maintains an active role in APEGGA. He has extensive experience in Project Management and in the design of oil and gas facilities and pipelines.
