C+TC Design Studio can be defined by our unique blend of Architecture and Interior Design expertise. Since our founding in 1987, our firm has over thirty years of experience cultivating memorable spaces ranging from intimate boutiques to large-scale resorts. With a focus primarily on Hospitality, our portfolio features independent boutiques, hotels, resorts, conferencing, and senior living communities adding up to over 750 commissions, 60,000 guestrooms and twenty-five million square feet of meeting space. We have partnered with numerous brands including Marriott, Westin, Omni, W, Hilton, Fairmont, Hyatt, InterContinental, Kimpton, Ritz-Carlton, and Regent. With each assignment, we seek innovative ways to perfect revenue-generating components, identify energy/cost saving materials and applications, optimize functionality, and ultimately enhance the guest experience.
