C T Contracts was set up in 2009 as an interior fit-out and refurbishment company operating predominantly in the commercial sector that has also encompassed industrial, residential and retail. Part of that work has been as a result of dilapidations and has also led to maintenance works for landlords and tenants. Our projects range from £1,000 to £500,000. We communicate clearly and regularly with our clients and offer solutions to any issues that may arise before, during and after the project. We believe it’s the people here at C T Contracts that do make the difference; we go the extra mile providing advice and support on lots of occasions without the expectation of financial reward. Our aim is to get the project right first time, on budget, on programme, and zero operational downtime. We are fully aware that every client has a budget to adhere to, and our aim is to control costs and for you to have value for money for your new office environment.
