We also offer Postpartum Flowsheets providing detailed recovery and frequent observation sections. It is our goal to help nurses provide concise and consistent documentation. The modified charting by exception approach was created so that less time will be spent on charting and more time spent with patients, resulting in higher levels of patient care.
