It takes a bit of effort and time to investigate your foundation material, but it is worth the effort, if done well. CSI Soil Testing is owned and managed by Brian Croke, Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering. Brian is ably assisted by Carolyn Foot in the office as our Office Manager. Carolyn has many quality years of experience and is always learning new skills and improving. Brian completed his schooling on the Sunshine Coast and completed an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering at QIT, Brisbane in 1984 and has been in the soil testing industry ever since. He started this particular soil testing business in 1992 on the Sunshine Coast. Brian has completed the Waste Water Design course at TAFE, has the relevant QBCC licences for waste water design and site classifications.
