C.S.I. Mortgage is a privately held Texas corporation and is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, Texas Mortgage Bankers Association and the Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers. Mr. & Mrs. Roger Travers of Waco are the sole stockholders. Mr. Travers is licensed by the Texas Savings and Loan Department as a licensed Texas Mortgage Broker license number 1684. CSI is an established mortgage company in Texas and has continually delivered mortgage loans for Texans since 1989. The corporation consist of two distinct lines of business. One line is to originate mortgage loans with company owned offices. The second is to afford Texas Mortgage Brokers an avenue to provide Commercial Real-estate loans to their clients. Our goal is to provide an honest reflection of what we can do to help you achieve your mortgage needs. Currently we only provide residential mortgage loans in Texas. Our Commercial Lending Division offers Commercial Mortgage Loans nationwide including offerings placed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for private placement lending and stock sales utilizing Reg D private investments.
