Our founder is a serial entrepreneur, active angel investor, and veteran of multiple successful Silicon Valley startups. csfirst was born from his experience of building and scaling India operations for one of his ventures—driving revenue growth, product innovation, and a successful exit. Over the past decade, csfirst built and scaled Customer Success, Product Development and Sales operations for leading AI, SaaS and Semiconductor startups from Silicon Valley, establishing them Center of Excellence-with some evolving into Unicorns.
