Effective January 1, 2023, Holmes Murphy and CSDZ combined their 193 years of collective construction experience and expertise by aligning over 200 employees dedicated to the construction industry under one brand and team. Holmes Murphy and CSDZ together are now Holmes Murphy Construction. CSDZ — established in 1919 initially as a construction contract surety organization — is a nationally recognized specialty risk management organization. In partnership with our parent company, Holmes Murphy, we are proud to be one of the largest employee-owned brokerages in the nation.
