CS GAS Information

CS GAS is a specialist supplier of gas well optimisation, production process control (SCADA) systems and a provider of gas field services. CS GAS has a multidiscipline engineering focus with in-house fabrication (pressure piping, vessels, structural), electrical, instrumentation and industrial control systems. CS GAS manufactures its own process control equipment, flares and related flow measurement solutions and custom plant in accordance with clients’ designs, engineering and specifications. Our management systems are accredited to ISO9001 Quality and AS/NZS 4801 Safety. CS GAS is committed to a safe working environment. Our vision is that we can perform our work in such a way that no one is injured in the work place. The Brisbane based manufacturing facility is supported by regionally based well field services teams. The facility is located on a 2 hectare site with 3,000m2 allocated to fabrication, 3,000m2 to electrical/instrumentation assembly plus a dedicated hydro testing area and over 4,000m2 of hard stand. The fabrication facility has numerous welding bays to complete welding process that includes MIG, stick and TIG. Vessel (separator) bays are fitted with pipe rotators for efficient manufacture. Two 5 tonne cranes cover the entire fabrication area enabling safe and efficient manufacture. The electrical/instrumentation and assembly area is in a segregated building. CS GAS is a licensed electrical contractor (Qld Electrical Contractor Licence Number 71421) The competent CS GAS team has wide range of industry experience; the manufacturing operations are supported by a capable and experienced field services team that support and manage clients’ gas field operations.
