CS Behavioral Services Information

CS Behavioral Services, LLC (CSBS) provides high quality and dedicated support coordination, case management, and monthly monitoring to adults with developmental/ intellectual disabilities, cognitive and mental disabilities, physical and health limitations within the State of New Jersey. CSBS currently provides services in Essex, Union, Hudson, Bergen, Sussex, Morris, and Middlesex counties. Our staff are fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Creole with professional backgrounds in Support Coordination, Special Education, Human Resources, Customer Service, Case Management, Behavioral Therapy, Nursing, and Paralegal Services. CSBS mission is to enable those we serve to live their most optimal life with services and supports needed to be as healthy and independent as possible while fostering individual choice, safety, and well-being. Our philosophy is to use our vast and diverse experience, cultures, and trainings to connect to local communities in order to gain knowledge of resources and services that can meet each individual's needs and preferences, provide choice and ensure health and safety to those that we serve. The goal for CSBS is to provide services that promote opportunities and support the individual's ability to participate fully in life. Some of the services provided are assessments, evaluations, individualized plan development, monitoring and reassessing annually and as needed.
