CryoCellar seeks to develop the potential of agricultural producers to directly reduce emissions while increasing the availability of safe, healthy and equitably managed food. The world’s farmers and consumers dependent on regional food systems are going to bear many ecological stressors in the coming decades and they should have a means to make captured carbon dioxide work for them while storing it in a way that is measurable, additional, safe for the environment and durable.
