CRY Chapter, SRCC Information

Child Rights and You is a leading non-profit and non-governmental organisation in India, working towards the upliftment of underprivileged children in India. It was established in 1979 by Mr. Rippan Kapur with a vision to ensure a happier childhood for the future of India. Today, over four decades later, CRY has 143 active projects in 19 states across the nation, impacting the lives of over 3 million children. CRY SRCC is the first chapter of CRY in the Delhi University and has striven to create the highest levels of impact in the child rights space since its inception. Child Rights Chapter, SRCC will enable the students to take responsibility for the situation of the deprived Indian child and motivate them to confront the situation through collective action, allowing the child & themselves to realise their full potential.
