CruxTime LLC is a partnership-based operating company that incubates, finances, and manages initiatives across leadership philosophy, intellectual development, and data-driven software products. Founded in 2017 by technology executive and leadership coach David Markley, CruxTime provides the legal, financial, and operational structure required to build ideas and products that are meant to last. Our work spans three active initiatives: LiftLines is a real-time ski intelligence and resort analytics platform combining mobile data collection, cloud architecture, and analytics modeling to serve both consumer and B2B markets. The LiftLines team operates with full product lifecycle discipline: structured engineering practices, product management, and a modern cloud-native stack. Leading Quietly is a leadership philosophy and long-form writing platform focused on judgment, restraint, accountability, and long-term consequence. It speaks to senior leaders, founders, and high-agency professionals navigating complex environments where credibility is earned through discipline, not volume. Eustressed explores constructive, chosen stress: the idea that meaningful, proportionate pressure, when aligned with purpose, sharpens focus and builds capability.
