At Crowd Sourcing, we have developed a headhunting and hiring process that takes the inefficiencies out of IT recruitment and finds technical candidates that bring the right skills as well as the right cultural fit. After many years working in different recruitment roles, we became more and more frustrated with the inefficiencies around us. We have been helping all levels of New Zealand talent into technology jobs for over 6 years. When we started Crowd Sourcing we knew there must be a better way to help business hire the technical talent they need to be successful - we designed a sustainable, more efficient, quicker and robust process to help companies hire the right people without all the burden of traditional recruitment processes.
