Crosswind Partners LLC, founded in 2002, provides business strategy and financing advice to small and medium-sized companies primarily in wireless, healthcare and alternative energy; invests in start-ups as an angel; and assists in arranging for funding in distressed and work-out situations. We are active investors, offering our portfolio companies advice and counsel on strategy and operations. We also serve as the provider of record for high-end technical services (such as telecom services and software development), contracting with qualified companies for the underlying work, but only where we are able to provide needed financial float or factoring that is not otherwise available.
