Fellowship House is a private, not-for-profit psychosocial rehabilitation center for individuals who experience severe and persistent psychiatric disabilities including those with co-occurring substance abuse disorders. It is the mission of Fellowship House to assist adults with severe and persistent psychiatric disabilities and individuals that also have co-occurring substance abuse disorders, achieve the maximum level of community integration and self reliance. This is accomplished by providing a comprehensive continuum of programs and services offering supportive opportunities for vocational and social rehabilitation as well as residential options, psychiatric and case management services. Fellowship House is committed to helping the persons served, who are called “members”, to better understand their illness, develop coping strategies, improve their quality of life and experience recovery.

Haven House Children’s Hospice believes that no family should have to face alone the difficulties of looking after a child with a life-limiting condition. We provide a range of services to the child and their families to support them through the most difficult circumstances imaginable. We offer planned respite, short break and end-of-life care, as well as services designed to improve emotional and physical wellbeing, in the hospice and in our local community. Our support includes music therapy, therapeutic yoga, physiotherapy, complementary therapies, counselling, social work, coffee mornings for parents, play, sibling support group and hospice at home.

Located in Horsford near Norwich International Airport, The Nest is the Foundation’s new community hub. Facilities at The Nest currently include a new floodlit 3G pitch, high-quality grass football pitches, residential bunk boxes, and a clubhouse with superb catering facilities, all set in a green and leafy secure 22-acre site. It’s perfect for businesses, sports teams, school groups, private functions, children’s birthday parties and more.
