Our advisors have completed over $1B worth of transactions and have over 65 years of combined business experience. Our Buy-side clients are located across the entire US as our services are very unique in being able to find businesses on the "hidden" market, where 80% of the profitable businesses that sell are located. Our sell-side services are geared toward mid-western headquartered lower mid-market businesses that are too big for the traditional brokers but are usually too small for the large investment bankers. These clients want a more personal and quality service at an affordable price than what is available to them.
