Crossman Homes was founded by Brad Hughes in 2005 establishing its renowned reputation as a regional house builder, providing high quality family homes across the South West region. In 2013 Brad was joined by Simon Ellis and Crossman Land was established. With this new partnership forged, the Crossman Group of companies continued to enjoy huge success in residential developments and land promotion across the region. Now Crossman Land remains as a holding company only, although the group of companies has continued to grow under Brad and Simon’s careful stewardship. With Crossman Tile and Flooring established in 2010, Crossman Build in 2017 and Crossman Acquisitions in 2018, the group of companies continues to go from strength to strength. The pursuit of high-quality sustainable development, with the aim of maximising value alongside a dedication to client and customer care, are the attributes that all members of the group subscribe to, and set the foundation for continued commercial success.
