Consultancy Services We offer a range of professional services which include civil and structural engineering calculations, drawings, reports and consultancy advice. We undertake initial site inspections and appraisals of existing structures, and assist with organising site investigations and surveys. Our services comprise of: •Structural reports, calculations, drawings and specifications •Preliminary desk studies and preliminary site surveys •Initial evaluation of site trial holes and boreholes in conjunction with Geotechnical Engineers •Computer Aided Design utilising FASTRAK, TEDDS and QUIKFRAME •Computer Aided Drawing utilising the latest version of AutoCad Premium Suite and Revit •Structural investigation and design for historic and Listed Buildings •Issue of and reporting for tenders, contract procurement •Monitoring progress, post contract supervision with financial certification •Civil design of retaining walls, roads and external paved areas •Structural surveys of domestic, commercial and industrial buildings We work on construction projects from initial concept right through to completion and certification. We are happy to talk these projects through at an early stage and give an initial structural input, as this will often lead to real savings in design and construction time and costs. Once we start detailed design and drawing production, our experienced staff use the latest versions of software such as Tedds, Fastrak and AutoCad to produce structural and civil engineering designs. For our larger projects, we attend regular design team meetings to ensure that information flows around the team. During construction, we ensure that any queries from the site are answered promptly so that work is not held up.
