Crossing HOME Information

Crossing HOME develops and implements collaborative strategies that address the challenges posed by relapse and recidivism. What does that mean? We bring together welcoming churches, landlords, employers, volunteers, and community agencies that assist people who are completing chemical dependency treatment or exiting the criminal justice system. The partnership then offers affordable housing and empowers residents to thrive in local neighborhoods, to mature in spiritual awareness, to demonstrate personal responsibility, and to become industrious members of the community. Crossing HOME is the DBA (“Doing Business As” name) of “My Father’s House,” a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
