CrossFit Gold Box is a world-class CrossFit box located in the heart of Dubai. In our 1115 square-meter facility we offer a broad training program that is suitable for any level of fitness. We also offer a Reebok retail store (Fit-Hub), cafe, and physical therapy & rehab facility. CrossFit Gold Box is owned and operated by RhinoCo Fitness and is the newest addition to our fitness family that includes IMT CrossFit (est. 2007); Reebok CrossFit Miami Beach (est. 2010); NYC's Reebok CrossFit 5th Ave (est. 2012); CrossFit Miami Lakes (est. 2013) and CrossFit Union Square (est. 2014). We work with the top athletes and coaches in order to create only the highest quality CrossFit facilities that help you reach your fitness goals. Our program is based on CrossFit methodology, which features constantly varied, functional movements (like squats, push-ups, and weightlifting) at a high-intensity. Functional movements are organic in nature, innate to our DNA, and essential to our quality of life. We train for longevity. We train for health. But most of all, we train for fun! In addition to the CrossFit staples such as pull-up bars, ropes and rings, free weights, kettlebells, rowers and jump ropes; CrossFit Gold Box also boasts three fully equipped designated lifting platforms and bumper plates. And yes, our floor is equipped to drop weight! We have a community of athletes of all abilities lead by coaches who teach movement, technique & inspire group workouts multiple times per day.
